Reverse deep drawing
The principle is very similar to the conventional deep drawing. The difference lies in the fact that by using another tool and a third cylinder in the press the next step is immidiatly put into motion.. It should be noted that not all deep drawing presses are equipped with a third cylinder.
Therefore, not every thermoforming company can offer you this operation. A major advantage of this technique is that the combination of both operations reduces the product costs significantly .
